Job summary

• Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel telefonisch als via mail – jouw aanpak bepaalt de eerste indruk.
• Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige opvolging van klantvragen over producten, prijzen en op maat gemaakte oplossingen.
• Je werkt nauw samen met sales engineers en de salesmanager om offertes op te stellen en klanten correct te informeren.
• Je registreert nieuwe opportuniteiten in het CRM-systeem en volgt offertes actief op.
• Je zet bestellingen door naar partners en onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers.
• Je helpt mee de klantenportefeuille uit te bouwen via actieve benadering van nieuwe én bestaande klanten.
• Je bent een verbindende factor in de samenwerking tussen interne afdelingen en zusterbedrijven.
