Je zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van aanvragen, maakt offertes op maat en biedt klanten professioneel advies. Dankzij jouw commerciële feeling en nauwkeurige aanpak zorg je ervoor dat opportuniteiten worden omgezet in succesvolle samenwerkingen.

Jouw taken

• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteunt hen met professioneel advies.
• Je analyseert aanvragen en werkt offertes uit op maat van de klant.
• Je volgt offertes actief op en detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten.
• Je ondersteunt de buitendienst bij technische en commerciële vraagstukken.
• Je onderhoudt nauw contact met verschillende interne afdelingen om dossiers vlot af te handelen.
• Je beheert klantgegevens en offertes correct in het CRM-systeem.
• Je denkt mee over efficiëntieverbeteringen binnen de interne salesprocessen.
