Cream is a Business & Technology consulting firm delivering value to large organizations across Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Energy and Transport. We seek an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead IT projects across Network, Cyber-Security, Storage, Windows, Unix/Linux or Mainframe.

You will build the business case, define scope and budgets, manage risks and coordinate with sponsors, teams and external suppliers to deliver on time, on budget and with quality.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent by experience.
• 5–10 years of IT project management experience.
• Proficient in Prince2/PMBOK and Agile (Scrum).
• Experience managing end-to-end several IT projects (300–3,000 man-days).
• Strong technical exposure in complex environments (IBM Mainframe, Tandem, Unix, Windows, networking, storage).
• Rigorous, customer-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch knowledge is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Build the business case with the project Sponsors.
• Define the benefits, scope, timing and budget of the project.
• Deliver the project scope on time, on budget and with the expected quality.
• Capacity planning: identify and schedule project resources with team leaders.
• Ensure quality through a structured project management approach.
• Manage risks & issues with mitigation actions and escalations.
• Collaborate with teams across divisions and entities; coordinate internal and external parties.
• Maintain compliance with architecture principles and hand over to maintenance teams.
• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Set up governance bodies at all necessary levels.
