Cream Consulting seeks an IT Project Manager to spearhead IT application projects in Brussels, handling scope, planning, budgets, and delivery coordination between business and IT teams.

Requires 5+ years in IT project management, PM certifications, and fluency in French and English; Dutch a plus. Proficiency with MS Project, Jira and Confluence and strong multi-stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project management on IT applications.
• Certifications in PM methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile practitioner…).
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, Confluence.
• Very good communication skills in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsabilités

• Understand and validate the functional and applicative scope of IT projects.
• Structure and drive the delivery roadmap.
• Coordinate business and IT stakeholders around applicative topics.
• Supervise application lifecycle activities, from design and build to testing, deployment and handover to run teams.
• Manage external vendors and internal IT teams involved in application delivery, integration or maintenance.
• Monitor budget, planning and workload, ensuring consistency between functional scope, technical complexity and delivery commitments.
• Identify applicative risks and define mitigation action plans.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables.

YOUR FUTURE PROJECTS :

Like Pierre, Project Manager at Cream, you manage IT projects and handle the scope, planning and budget. Your tasks will be :

• Understand and validate the functional and applicative scope of IT projects
• Structure and drive the delivery roadmap
• Coordinate business and IT stakeholders around applicative topics
• Supervise application lifecycle activities, from design and build to testing, deployment and handover to run teams
• Manage external vendors and internal IT teams involved in application delivery, integration or maintenance
• Monitor budget, planning and workload, ensuring consistency between functional scope, technical complexity and delivery commitments
• Identify applicative risks (functional gaps, data quality, legacy constraints, integration issues) and define mitigation action plans
• Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANT?

• At least 5 years of experience in project management on IT applications
• Certifications in PM methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile practitioner…)
• Fluent in French and English; a good level of Dutch is an asset
• Experience with relevant tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence…)
• Very good communication skills, especially in multi-stakeholder environments
