Albert Cliff Limited in Antwerp seeks a Senior Analyst / Junior Associate to support its Infrastructure Private Equity & Development platform. The role spans development, project finance, and asset management across energy transition, digital infra, and PPPs.

You will work on complex models, deal origination, PPAs, EPC/O&M structuring, and ESG integration to drive sustainable value through the asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of rigorous, quantitative experience in infrastructure finance or PE.
• Experience from top-tier investment bank, infrastructure advisory, or PE fund.
• Fluent in English and native-level fluency in Dutch; French is a plus.
• Mastery of long-duration cash flow modeling and project finance mechanics.
• Strong understanding of PPAs, EPC and O&M frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Construct and own long-term project finance models including debt structuring.
• Evaluate development opportunities and brownfield acquisitions.
• Underwrite greenfield projects and structure PPAs, EPC and O&M.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary due diligence with technical, regulatory, and ESG advisors.
• Incorporate ESG metrics and impact KPIs into investment theses.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support strategic refinancing and growth.
