Job summary

Satellit is seeking an analyst to join a multidisciplinary agile product team responsible for gas flow management solutions that support commercial operations. The role spans flow planning, contracting, billing, operational reporting and B2B messaging across transmission networks and facilities.

You will collect business needs, organise workshops, translate requirements into artefacts, and refine them into user stories for sprint planning.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, engineering, business or a closely related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret stakeholder and business needs, then convert them into practical, high-value enhancements for the gas flow management product set.
• Organise and lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover, examine and clarify business requirements.
• Translate requirements into conceptual artefacts—for example use-case diagrams, activity flows and information models—ensuring alignment with the current application architecture.
• Work with product team colleagues to refine requirements into user stories, size work items, take part in sprint planning and support delivery through Agile practices.
• Design and execute functional test cases, assist end users during acceptance testing, run product demonstrations, provide training and produce user-facing documentation.
• Triage service requests and production incidents raised by business stakeholders, propose corrective or improvement actions and promote knowledge sharing and process enhancements.
