Job summary

Satellit SRL is seeking a Medior professional to provide functional analysis for a designated part of an energy domain project. You will collect and refine business needs, run stakeholder workshops, build Python prototypes, analyze datasets, and produce functional requirements and test artefacts.

You will bridge business and engineering teams, coordinate integrations, oversee deployments and post-release monitoring, and support adoption and change activities within Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy data management and analytics.
• Experience organizing stakeholder workshops and refining requirements.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate workshops and backlog refinement sessions; review existing documentation to extract business requirements.
• Develop Python prototypes and perform exploratory data analysis to validate proposed approaches.
• Draft feature-level functional requirements, use cases and process descriptions; author test scenarios.
• Serve as intermediary between business stakeholders and development teams; run meetings and support adoption.
• Plan and execute integration tests and support users during UAT.
• Track delivery progress and monitor production systems after release.

• Under 3 years of experience writing Python scripts for automation or prototyping
