You will coordinate with Medical, Regulatory, Commercial and HEOR colleagues to build strong payer propositions. The role includes in-field tender support, stakeholder engagement with hospitals and payers, and active participation in industry associations and policy forums.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Public Health, Economics, Law or Business.
• Proven track record in market access, pricing and reimbursement.
• Experience with hospital/public tenders and payer communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of market access strategies for assigned products and dossiers.
• Coordinate reimbursement submissions and value dossiers with cross-functional teams.
• Develop pricing and reimbursement recommendations with cross-functional input.
• Prepare evidence-based payer value propositions and budget impact narratives.
• Engage with HTA bodies, payers and hospital networks to support access.
• Support tendering strategies and execution across hospital and institutional channels.
