Job summary

EPSA in Belgium seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead development and launch of new products in a complex industrial environment. You will drive project leadership, product strategy, cost management, and cross-functional coordination from concept through production.

You will manage budgets, schedules, roadmaps, and KPIs, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Quality, and ensure successful product introductions.

Qualifications

• Experience in product/program/project management within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing budgets, costs, schedules, and resources.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions across multiple departments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development projects from initial planning through start of production (SOP).
• Manage technical and business aspects of product programs.
• Build and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Drive project governance, milestone reviews, and decision-making processes.
• Lead change management activities and ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Track and manage project KPIs, risks, and performance indicators.
• Oversee product cost targets, profitability, and investment planning.
• Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage customer requirements and ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support supplier management and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Ensure successful product launches through effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Capture and implement lessons learned to continuously improve project delivery.
