Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Solution Engineer to join our Industrial IoT team in EMEA, based in Belgium.

You will work as a pre-sales technical professional, partnering with Account Executives to showcase Cisco solutions, deliver customer presentations, run proofs of concept, and design architecture blueprints that enable customers to achieve their digital transformation goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer), Master's degree a plus.
• 5+ years of industry-related experience in industrial solutions or related field.
• Good understanding of industrial applications and protocols (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus) and industrial architectures like Purdue model.
• Knowledge of Cisco's Industrial Networking, Security and Network Automation & Management solutions.
• Experience with MPLS, SRv6, SD-WAN, SD-Access, REP, Micro-segmentation, VPN, LTE connectivity and Wi-Fi.
• Strong field sales experience combined with hands-on technical experience.
• Experience presenting to large executive audiences and delivering high-impact demos/workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical plan for the territory aligned with the Industrial IoT Account Executive.
• Support opportunity development and contribute to the technical account plan with a customer’s digitization blueprint.
• Educate generalist teams on key technical solutions, architectures, and new product introductions.
• Build and enable a community of solution engineers for scaling and territory representation.
• Design and apply technical solutions with portfolio SE’s; document best practices and vertical use cases.
• Lead demonstrations, proof of concepts and value realization for customers and partners.
• Develop competitive technical expertise to support RFPs and differentiate Cisco solutions.
