In4Matic is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives within an asset management environment in Belgium. You will focus on remote maintenance and predictive maintenance, bridging business needs with IT solutions and driving change across industrial assets.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5+ years of documenting business needs, and experience modelling operational processes. Location: Brussels region; remote work follows policy.

• Open attitude toward innovative technologies, both on the ICT side and the hardware side, such as sensors, actuators, and smart assets.
