Trane Belgium is seeking an MTA Sales Engineer to join our industrial process-cooling segment and develop trusting customer relationships while maximizing account share and retention.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, at least 3 years in the industrial market, knowledge of HVAC systems, and willingness to travel. Fluency in Flemish/French and English (B2) is expected for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a 4-year college or university preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 2 in industrial markets.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and service agreements is a plus.
• Ability to frequent travel.
• Native Flemish and French; English at least B2.

Responsabilités

• Provide knowledge and consultation to develop HVAC system solutions for customer problems.
• Ascertain customer needs and coordinate acquisition teams for projects.
• Convert leads into opportunities by aligning sales processes and teams.
• Develop and execute an account-specific business plan for a strong partnership.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems and industry issues.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
