Trane BeLux seeks a Sales Engineer (M/F) to develop business and provide technical and commercial support across Belgium and Luxembourg. The role involves selling rental HVAC equipment, identifying opportunities, and delivering total service with proactive client engagement.

It requires experience in B2B sales in the technical sector and solid HVAC knowledge. The candidate will work from a home office with direct client visits, speaking Dutch and French, and holding a valid B driving license.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in a technical sector, HVAC preferred.
• HVAC installations knowledge.
• Proactivity and ability to handle changing priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong work organization.

Responsabilités

• Develop the business within the assigned area by attracting new clients (industry) and building long-term relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities, prepare offers, present to clients and conduct negotiations.
• Sell rental services of HVAC equipment (temporary installations).
• Support the client technically and commercially and provide a total service.
• Build trust with clients and monitor action quality and customer service.
• Report regularly on key sales KPIs and market trends.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Voor ons team bij Trane BeLux zijn wij op zoek naar een Sales Engineer (M/V), persoon die graag met klanten werkt en voor hen op zoek gaat naar optimale technische oplossingen. Het verantwoordelijkheidsgebied van deze functie omvat België en Luxemburg. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

• De business verder ontwikkelen binnen het toegewezen gebied door nieuwe klanten (industrie) aan te trekken en langetermijnrelaties op te bouwen;
• Verkoopkansen identificeren, offertes opstellen, deze aan klanten voorstellen en onderhandelingen voeren;
• Verhuurservices van HVAC-apparatuur verkopen (tijdelijke installaties);
• De klant zowel technisch als commercieel ondersteunen en een totaalservice bieden;
• Wederzijds vertrouwen met klanten opbouwen en waken over de kwaliteit van de genomen acties en de klantenservice;
• Regelmatig rapporteren over de belangrijkste verkoop-KPI’s en markttrends opvolgen.

Onze vereisten:

• Ervaring in B2B-verkoop in de technische sector, bij voorkeur binnen de HVAC-sector;
• Een hogere technische opleiding;
• Kennis van HVAC-installaties;
• Proactiviteit en het vermogen om vlot om te gaan met snel veranderende prioriteiten;
• Zelfstandig kunnen werken en beschikken over een zeer goede organisatie van het eigen werk (de functie is gebaseerd op home office en omvat rechtstreekse klantenbezoeken); Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, zodat vlotte communicatie mogelijk is;
• Een geldig rijbewijs categorie B.
