Start People Belgium is recruiting for our client in Lommel, a brand-new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Belgium. This is a unique opportunity to join an international company from the early stages of its operations and build a long-term career in a modern industrial environment.

The role focuses on preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of industrial equipment, diagnosing faults, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating with production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Good level of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Willingness to work in a rotating 6-shift system.
• Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.
