Job summary

Actiris is seeking an Account Manager in Eupen to strengthen an existing team. You will manage a portfolio of industrial clients, maintain close commercial relationships, and coordinate with production, methods and quality teams to ensure smooth order tracking.

The role requires 2–5 years of B2B experience in an industrial context, a Bachelor’s or engineering degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English and Dutch is expected, with French/German a plus.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in a B2B environment, ideally in an industrial or technical context.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on a portfolio of industrial clients.
• Maintain a close commercial relationship with clients.
• Handle client interactions and oversee order tracking per priorities.
• Coordinate internal actions with production, methods, and quality teams.
• Contribute to resolving operational issues.
• Analyze client needs and participate in commercial offers and quotations.
• Follow up on offers, relaunches, and identify development opportunities.
• Analyze technical drawings, machining processes, and industrial constraints.
