USG Professionals Belgium in Wilrijk is seeking an Indirect Sourcing Consultant for a 6-month temporary assignment starting mid-October 2026. You will own supplier and commodity portfolios and serve as the main contact between internal stakeholders, suppliers and the sourcing team.

Key duties include managing consulting suppliers, supporting sourcing, onboarding and contracts, handling SOWs and commercial terms, negotiating pricing and contract revisions, and building strong supplier

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing or Contract Management.
• Strong experience in supplier management and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on, structured and highly organised.
• Comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
• Good knowledge of Excel and contract management.
• Experience with Medius or similar procurement tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Managing consulting suppliers and following up on consultant requests
• Supporting sourcing, onboarding and contractual processes
• Managing SOWs, procurement requests and commercial conditions
• Negotiating pricing, indexations and contract revisions
• Managing relationships with telecom suppliers and supporting telecom projects
• Supporting sourcing activities within HR, Health, Training & Development, Payroll and PPE/Workwear
• Reviewing contracts and validating commercial terms
• Advising stakeholders on supplier-related questions and solutions
• Building strong and effective Supplier Relationships
