IBA Worldwide in Louvain-la-Neuve is seeking an Indirect Sourcing Manager to define and drive indirect purchasing strategies. You will lead a team of experienced buyers and coordinate with internal customers across support services, R&D, engineering and manufacturing.

You will shape supplier relationships, develop preferred supplier lists, manage spend, and implement innovative sourcing approaches using analytics.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in indirect purchasing, including at least 5 years in team management.
• Experience in industrial sectors (Medical Devices, Automotive) is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement indirect sourcing procedures and strategies.
• Lead and coordinate the indirect sourcing team (resources, planning).
• Coordinate with internal customers across support services, R&D, engineering and manufacturing.
• Develop innovative sourcing approaches using analytics to assess scenarios, benefits, risks and change impact.
• Identify automation opportunities to eliminate non-value-added time for indirect buyers.
• Validate supplier lists and manage supplier performance in line with sourcing strategy.
• Ensure procurement is aligned with internal customers' planning.
