IBA invites a seasoned Innovation Project Manager to join the Louvain-la-Neuve team. You will identify, evaluate, and accelerate new applications and business opportunities leveraging IBA’s technologies, leading projects from concept through validation and commercialization.

You will manage the innovation funnel, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive customer discovery, partnership development, and market validation with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in innovation, project management, technology development, engineering, or business development.
• Strong scientific and analytical mindset; ability to model complex technical processes.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated business development mindset and customer orientation.

Responsabilités

• Lead innovation projects from opportunity identification through validation and commercialization.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.
• Maintain visibility of opportunities from ideation to commercialization and support prioritization.
• Identify, assess, and validate new applications for IBA technologies and engage with customers and partners.
