IBA is seeking an experienced Sourcing Category Manager for Mechanical Components based in Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium. You will define and execute the category vision, strategy and roadmap to maximize value, ensure supply continuity, and drive cost optimization while supporting innovation and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of procurement/strategic sourcing experience in an industrial company.
• At least 3 years in team leadership or people management.
• Proven track record in category strategy development and cost optimization.
• Experience with direct material categories (mechanical components).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; French required for professional conversations.
