Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Country Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will drive value through strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and stakeholder partnership to deliver business impact and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supply Chain.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects including RFx, supplier selection, negotiations, and contracts.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, value creation, and process improvement.
• Balance cost, quality, service, risk, and sustainability in procurement decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and monitor performance.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract lifecycle management.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions supporting business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and track savings and outcomes.
