Our client is an international organisation seeking an Indirect Buyer to manage the full purchasing process for indirect categories, including services, MRO, facilities, packaging, tooling and professional services.

You will create and manage purchase orders, review approvals, source and negotiate with suppliers, monitor performance and resolve issues while coordinating with Finance, Logistics, Quality, Legal and Operations to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in indirect procurement or services purchasing.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Quality, Legal and Operations.

Responsabilités

• Manage full purchasing process for indirect categories (services, MRO, facilities, packaging, tooling, professional services).
• Create, review and manage purchase orders following internal approvals and policies.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to optimize total cost of ownership and support business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Resolve procurement-related issues such as order confirmations, invoice discrepancies, pricing disputes and delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement execution and support contract management.
