Job summary

NCIM in Belgium is seeking an Incident Management Coordinator to support the NCI Agency’s operational services. The role centers on coordinating incident responses, guiding technical teams to restore services quickly, and ensuring issues are tracked through to resolution.

You will contribute to problem management, continuity planning, information security and stakeholder communications. The position is full-time on-site in Braine-l’Alleud with NATO Secret clearance and potential travel within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2+ years post-degree experience.
• Six years of extensive experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience identifying and resolving complex problems, including knowing when to escalate them.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams to resolve incidents within SLA targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incidents with resolver groups and service owners.
• Improve incident and problem management procedures.
• Support continuity planning and disaster recovery documentation.
• Manage security and operational risk and communicate findings.
• Work with customers and stakeholders to track issues and lessons learned.
• Monitor service performance data and provide technical briefings.
