Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee ERP implementations in hospital environments, focusing on Finance and Logistics modules. You will lead teams across development, support and sales, manage timelines, budgets, and client relations.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus travel to client sites with a valid driver's license. Certification in Prince2, PMP, Agile Scrum or ITIL is a bonus.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Work on ERP implementation projects in hospital environments
• Lead the deployment of Finance & Logistics ERP solutions
• Organize and facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams
• Manage projects in accordance with specifications, timelines, and contractual commitments
• Maintain regular communication with the client-side project manager
• Participate in steering committees every two months, accompanied by your Department Head
• Track budget utilization
• Anticipate and manage project risks
• Produce meeting minutes and deliverables to ensure successful project execution
• Coordinate internal teams (development, support, and sales) around the project
• Act as the internal liaison to ensure effective follow-up and progress
• Serve as the client's primary point of contact and ensure their satisfaction
• Address the functional aspects of specifications and tender documents
• Support change management among client teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally supplemented by at least initial experience in IT project management (project coordination experience is more important than technical expertise)


• Strong interest in Finance & Logistics ERP systems and the healthcare sector


• Fluency in French and Dutch is essential; English is an advantage


• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills


• Customer-focused, with a strong service orientation and problem-solving mindset


• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player


• Valid Category B driver's license, enabling you to travel easily to client sites


• Additional advantages: Prince2, PMP, Agile Scrum, or ITIL certification
