Resultance is seeking consultants to help design, shape and implement the organizations of tomorrow. They work on Target Operating Models, organizational design, process optimization, and transformation programs, making change meaningful, structured and sustainable.

You will support organizations through their transformation journey, analyze current structures, co-create future-state designs with C-level leaders, and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps while coordinating change

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field you enjoy: Economics, Business, Engineering, HR/Organizational Studies, Public Administration, Psychology, Finance… we’re quite open.
• You speak English and French, German or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Assess current organizational structures, governance, and roles.
• Analyze end-to-end processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies & improvement levers.
• Co-create future-state org designs with C-level leaders and define roles, governance, and reporting lines.
• Translate strategy into an actionable blueprint for execution and develop transition plans.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions and stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare clear, sharp and engaging presentations for leadership teams.
• Coordinate change activities, communication, training and readiness.
