Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience in biotech/pharma or academic research.
• Strong background in immunology and cellular biology with cell culture experience (primary cells preferred).
• Solid hands-on flow cytometry experience including sample prep, staining, data acquisition and analysis.
• Familiarity with immunological and cell-based assays; able to work independently in the lab.
• Experience with ex vivo models, 3D cell culture, ELISA, Western blotting or CRISPR-based techniques is an asset.
• Experience with in vivo studies and FELASA B certificate or equivalent is a plus but not required.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform in vitro and ex vivo experiments including cell culture and immune cell handling.
• Conduct flow cytometry experiments: staining, data acquisition and analysis.
• Generate, analyze and interpret experimental data for scientific discussions.
• Develop, troubleshoot and optimize immunology protocols and assays.
• Contribute to new assay development and methodology implementation.
• Review scientific literature to support active research.
• Document experimental activities clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate results effectively.
• Support daily laboratory operations and equipment management.
