Synergie Belgium is seeking a Lab Assistant to support the production process in a biotechnology setting. You will perform preparatory work with operators and team leaders, following strict procedures and maintaining sterile conditions.

The role requires a scientific bachelor, English fluency, and willingness to work a two-shift schedule with weekend work. You will help deliver therapies and gain exposure to cell culture and cryopreservation in a GMP-like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in a scientific field such as biotechnology or biochemistry or pharma/biotech experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.
• Structured, precise work and strict hygiene procedures.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system and weekends (no night shifts).
• Good command of English.

Responsabilités

• Support daily aseptic and manual production according to defined procedures.
• Perform steps in Grade A/B/C/D cleanroom, including spiking, media exchange, cell culture and freezing.
• Contribute to delivering high-standard therapies for patients.
