Job summary

Medpace is seeking an Imaging Project Manager for our Leuven, Belgium office. You will lead project teams focused on central imaging, ECG, and remote biosensing data management, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a life sciences degree (Master’s/PhD preferred or BSc) and 5+ years in pharma, with strong imaging interpretation/acquisition experience. Prior imaging core lab exposure is a plus, with a collaborative, growth-oriented culture at Medpace.

Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD preferred or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
  • 5 years related pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with Imaging interpretation and acquisition required.
  • Prior experience in Imaging Core Lab preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Use study management tools to track site start-up activities, performance issues, and data submissions.
  • Ensure delivery of services to sponsors within timelines and budget.
  • Conduct ongoing study team meetings and schedule activities with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Notify appropriately about deviations from timelines or deliverables.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members about study status and changes.
  • Maintain Sponsor contact as primary liaison for issues and imaging-related vendors.

Our imaging services are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time Imaging Project Manager to join our team in Leuven, Belgium. Responsibilities
  • The primary role of the Project Manager is to provide tactical management, administration, and leadership to Medpace Core Laboratory’s project teams in order to ensure that the project proceeds on time and within budget as it relates to central imaging, ECG, and/or remote biosensing technology data management;
  • Utilize study management tools to track: site start-up activities, site performance issues, submission of data, etc.;
  • Responsible for the delivery of Medpace Core Laboratory services to sponsors within expected timelines and budget;
  • Conducts ongoing study team meetings;
  • Performs scheduling of activities and deliverables in conjunction with client and internal customers;
  • Provides timely notification of all appropriate parties with deviations from timelines and/or deliverables;
  • Conducts regular communication with team members, formal and informal, regarding study status or any other changes;
  • Maintain ongoing Sponsor contact for project issues; serve as primary contact for Sponsor, internal project team and external imaging-related vendors.
