KaVo Dental, a leading global dentistry company, is seeking a Professionals-level Service engineer to provide second-level technical support for imaging equipment and IT integration across Benelux and France. The role involves installations, trainings, and remote diagnostics, with regular travel to distributors and dental practices.

You should hold a BAC+3 in IT or related field, be fluent in French, Dutch and English, and be comfortable with Windows/server environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor/BAC+3 in IT, electronics, biomedical engineering, networks/telecommunications, or an equivalent technical field.
Background in medical imaging systems or healthcare IT is an asset.

Responsabilités

Provide second-level technical support to distributors for installation, configuration and digital integration of imaging equipment.
Train distributors' technicians on networking, software and interoperability (DICOM, PACS).
Travel regularly to distributors’ premises and to dental practices for installations and hands-on training.
Diagnose technical issues remotely and propose solutions.
Document interventions and feedback in internal tools to ensure traceability.
