Zusammenfassung

Philips in Belgium is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist IGT in Interventional Cardiology/Radiology (Flanders area). The role is field-based, engaging customers pre- and post-sales, delivering clinical education and consultancy to support optimal system utilisation.

You will design training programs, tailor systems with PM/Account teams, assist trial installations, monitor usage, and provide ongoing education. You will also support product demos and contribute to BIU-driven improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in medical imaging or nursing.
• Proven experience in interventional cardiology and/or radiology.
• Customer oriented with strong communication.
• Excellent English and Dutch; French knowledge is a plus.
• Stress resistant and flexible.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver structured training programmes to enable users to independently operate the IGT portfolio.
• Customise systems to meet clinical requirements with PM and Account Management.
• Support trial installations with Service and BIU, ensuring systems are operational and gathering feedback.
• Proactively monitor system usage and identify opportunities to optimise performance.
• Deliver ongoing clinical education programmes for specific applications.
• Support demonstrations to drive adoption and sales of the IGT portfolio.
• Collaborate with BIU teams to develop application expertise and stay updated.
• Collect and share customer feedback to inform feature enhancements.
