Job summary

Spektrum seeks an experienced programme manager to support data protection and identity management services for HR systems. You will provide programme and project management expertise across the NCIA APP032 Service, focusing on identity card management and related solutions.

The role requires leadership in a NATO/INTL context, risk-aware planning, and coordination of interdependent projects with stakeholders across military and civilian teams. Hybrid working in Mons, Belgium is offered.

Qualifications

• Higher secondary education with related further training or certification.
• Proven track record in programme or project management in NATO, international, or military settings.
• Experience building data protection and identity management strategies for HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, deliver, coordinate, analyse, research, facilitate and monitor data protection and identity management processes for NATO users of HR systems.
• Provide business support for identity cards including hardware, peripherals and stock management.
• Provide overall support to identity management solutions.
• Plan and coordinate related projects within a programme of change, managing interdependencies.
• Agree business requirements and translate them into operational plans.
• Monitor and review programme scope, cost, schedule, resources and risk.
• Contribute to data and information security strategy and PII protection.
