Qplox engineering in Leuven, Belgium, seeks an experienced Test Coach / Quality Expert to strengthen testing, quality governance, and release readiness across strategic ICT projects. The role is part-time (50%), requires 8+ years in software testing/quality engineering and hands-on experience with Playwright, Tosca, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps; fluent English and very good Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software testing/quality engineering.
• Experience as Test Lead, QA Coach, Quality Engineer or Test Manager.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and enterprise experience.
• Excellent stakeholder skills and hands-on testing across functional, integration, E2E, regression and UAT.

We are looking for an experienced Test Coach / Quality Expert to strengthen testing, quality governance, and release readiness across strategic ICT projects.

Key responsibilities

Coach delivery teams, define risk-based test strategies, assess release readiness, support go/no-go decisions, establish quality reporting and dashboards, and identify opportunities for test automation and AI-assisted testing.

What you bring

8+ years in software testing/quality engineering, with proven experience as a Test Lead, QA Coach, Quality Engineer or Test Manager. Strong Agile/Scrum and enterprise experience, excellent stakeholder skills, and hands‑on expertise in functional, integration, E2E, regression and UAT testing.

Must-have

Strong experience with Playwright, Tosca or equivalent test automation platforms, plus familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow. Fluent English and very good Dutch are required.

Work regime: part time (50%)
