European Tech Recruit represents a client for a part-time Test Coach & Quality Expert role. The temporary assignment runs until the end of 2026, with a 50% on-site schedule (3 days per week).

The project focuses on coaching, quality governance, and automation enablement within an agile environment. The candidate will bring eight+ years of testing/QA experience, lead quality initiatives, and collaborate across ICT and business teams to improve delivery readiness.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in software testing and quality engineering.
• Proven experience as Test Lead, QA Coach, Quality Engineer or Test Manager (mandatory).
• Fluent in English and very good Dutch.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar.
• Experience with Playwright or Tosca is essential.

Responsabilités

• Coaching strategic projects and delivery teams on testing.
• Advise on test strategy, risk-based testing, planning, coverage, UAT readiness, and release prep.
• Lead independent quality assessments and governance for releases.
