About the Job
Our client, a major organization active in a large-scale operational environment, is looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead the replacement of an existing platform used for meter reading operations. The current platform includes several interconnected applications supporting field agents, customer self‑service channels, route optimization, and printing interfaces. The objective is to replace this environment with a new solution based on SAP Field Service Management, a customized mobile application, and multiple integrations with existing systems. This is a long‑term mission requiring strong project leadership, solid experience in the energy sector, and the ability to coordinate business, internal IT teams, SAP teams, development teams, testing activities, and go‑live preparation. As ICT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the full project lifecycle, from functional design to transition and go‑live.
Responsibilities
- Managing the replacement of the existing meter reading platform.
- Coordinating the implementation of SAP Field Service Management.
- Ensuring alignment with internal SAP teams for SAP IS‑U and SAP ECC adaptations.
- Coordinating the implementation of the customized mobile application.
- Managing interfaces with existing applications such as customer input channels, printing services, email and SMS servers.
- Leading functional design activities.
- Coordinating development and initial testing phases.
- Organizing and following up internal testing.
- Supporting and monitoring Business Acceptance Testing.
- Preparing and following up the transition and go‑live.
- Managing risks, issues, dependencies, planning, scope, stakeholders and reporting.
- Ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, SAP specialists and external partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an ICT Project Manager, ideally in complex application replacement or transformation projects.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT project management.
- Strong experience in the energy or utilities sector.
- Experience with Atrias CMS governance in an energy context.
- Experience with SAP‑related project implementation, ideally including SAP FSM, SAP ECC, SAP IS‑U, Proaxia connector or field service environments.
- Experience coordinating mobile application development, ideally in Swift or similar mobile technologies.
- Strong knowledge of project management methods and tools, including risk management, issue management, planning, stakeholder management and reporting.
- Ability to coordinate functional, technical, testing and transition activities.
- Fluent French and Dutch.
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent is a strong asset.

- You have at least 10 years of professional experiences in IT.
- If you are at least fluent in Dutch, French and/or English is a plus.

Salary
