Job summary

Jobylon AB in Belgium seeks a hands-on Technical Validation & Test Engineer to own lab setup, automation, and execution of functional and parametric tests on PMICs and voltage regulators. You will bridge design expectations with real-world silicon performance, using Python and MATLAB for automation, and collaborate with internal teams and external test houses.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IC/electronics experience in lab/test environments.
• Proficient in Python, MATLAB, or similar automation tools.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and silicon test methodologies.
• Knowledge of PMICs and voltage regulators is advantageous.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, set up, and debug advanced chip test benches with instrumentation and fixtures.
• Execute functional and parametric tests per validation plans and analyze results.
• Prepare data-driven test reports with plots, pass/fail analysis, and technical recommendations.
• Coordinate with external test houses on requirements, data exchange, and scheduling.
