Verhaert On-Site Consulting is seeking a hands-on Test Engineer to own adopting and automating functional and parametric tests in a lab environment. You will bridge design expectations with real-world silicon performance, collaborating with internal teams and external test providers.

Responsibilities include setting up test benches, executing tests, analyzing data, and delivering concise reports with clear pass/fail criteria and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware testing experience in IC/PCB characterization.
• Experience with Python, MATLAB for instrument control and data processing.
• Ability to work with external test houses and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Set up, verify, and debug the complete test bench with instruments, PCBs, and fixtures.
• Perform functional and parametric tests; analyze data and correlate with design.
• Deliver clear test reports with plots, pass/fail criteria, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with external test houses and manage logistics and data exchange.
