Job summary

Verhaert | On-site Consulting is seeking a hands-on Technical Validation & Test Engineer to own and automate functional and parametric tests in the lab. You will bridge design expectations with real silicon performance and collaborate with internal teams and external test providers.

You will design test benches, execute test routines, analyze data, and deliver structured, actionable reports, while coordinating with external test houses and ensuring project timelines in an international setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IC/electronic system testing experience.
• Proficient in Python, MATLAB or similar automation frameworks.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and silicon test methodologies.
• Knowledge of PMICs and voltage regulators is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, setup, and debug chip test benches with instrumentation and fixtures.
• Execute functional and parametric tests and analyze data.
• Produce data-driven test reports with plots and recommendations.
• Coordinate with external test houses and manage data exchange and schedules.
