Collibra is seeking a versatile Program Manager to champion a Shape Up product development process within our Product & Engineering organization in Brussels. The role focuses on driving delivery and aligning cross-functional teams to strategic priorities in a hybrid work model.

You will work with colleagues to remove impediments, measure progress, and communicate effectively with senior leaders to ensure timely execution of business-critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management and agile best practices.
• Experience with senior leadership in complex, global environments.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements and align teams.
• Experience managing SaaS engineering initiatives in a matrix organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage a broad range of programs requiring high levels of functional integration and change management.
• Drive delivery from initiation to delivery ensuring teams adhere to the SDLC.
• Partner with release management and NPI stakeholders to improve go-to-market processes.
• Develop and review agile and project delivery metrics for continuous improvement.
• Deliver clear visibility and communication to senior leadership on portfolio status.
• Escalate impediments and risks that impact business outcomes.
• Lead teams using Shape Up or adapt traditional Agile/Scrum to fixed-time, variable-scope models.
• Manage dependencies with external teams using Scrum and Kanban.
