Collibra is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across Product and Engineering. You will connect work across teams, challenge assumptions, and influence how technical priorities are delivered in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will work with product and engineering leaders, managing initiatives across multiple teams, while maintaining a strong understanding of SDLC and agile practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technical programs within software engineering, R&D or product engineering.
• Experience managing initiatives across multiple engineering teams in a SaaS environment.
• Fluency in understanding software architecture, engineering dependencies and delivery tradeoffs.

Responsabilités

• Lead broad range of programs requiring functional integration and change management.
• Drive projects from initiation to delivery while ensuring adherence to SDLC.
• Collaborate with release management and NPI stakeholders to improve go-to-market processes where applicable.
• Develop and review agile and project delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide clear visibility to senior and executive leadership on portfolio status.
