Collibra is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs across Product and Engineering. You will connect work across teams, challenge assumptions and influence delivery of priorities. This hybrid role is based in Brussels with at least two days in the office.

You will work with leadership to optimize SDLC, release processes and cross-functional coordination in a global organization. Strong Agile experience and architectural awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technical programs within a software, R&D or product engineering organization.
• Experience managing initiatives across multiple engineering teams in a SaaS environment.
• Technical fluency to understand software architecture, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and pragmatic Agile practices.
• Proven success leading through influence across engineering, product, GTM and senior leadership.
• Experience translating between technical and business requirements and aligning priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead broad programs requiring high levels of integration and change management.
• Drive projects from initiation to delivery while maintaining SDLC adherence.
• Collaborate with release management and NPI stakeholders to improve GTM processes.
• Develop and review agile/project delivery metrics to drive improvement.
• Provide clear visibility to senior leadership on portfolio status.
