Collibra is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Excellence Enablement team and lead delivery across Product & Engineering initiatives. You will drive programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to our SDLC and continuously improving cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Based in Brussels, this hybrid role requires in-office presence at least two days per week to stay connected, align with stakeholders, and accelerate progress on business-critical priorities while

• Experience in project management and applying agile best practices in complex settings.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and multiple teams to drive outcomes.
• Experience delivering engineering initiatives in a global, matrixed environment.
