Keystone Solutions is seeking a Technical Scrum Master / Developer for a client site in Brussels. The role combines Agile leadership with hands-on Java/Spring Boot and Angular development, on a hybrid on-site/remote model, with French as the working language.

You will organize Scrum ceremonies, foster Agile practices, coach the team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of quality increments aligned with the product vision.

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Technical Scrum Master / Developer for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves guiding a development team in Agile practices while leveraging software development experience in Java / Angular environments. As a consultant, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on dynamic projects that challenge your skills and foster professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective).
• Ensure the proper application of Agile methodology and the Scrum framework within the team.
• Facilitate collaboration between the team and stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve team velocity and performance indicators.
• Identify and resolve obstacles hindering team progress.
• Encourage and educate IT teams on Agile methods and the Scrum framework.
• Assist the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Develop autonomy, accountability, and collaboration among team members.
• Promote a culture of trust and respect.
• Understand technical issues faced by the team and facilitate decision‑making on technical subjects.
• Work closely with the Technical Lead and developers.
• Ensure technical constraints are considered in estimations and planning.
• Help the team deliver quality increments that meet the 'definition of done'.
• Track key indicators (velocity, burndown, quality of deliverables).
• Identify improvement areas and implement concrete actions.
• Ensure transparency on project progress to management and stakeholders.
• Align the team with the product vision and defined priorities.
• Share knowledge with other Agile/Scrum teams.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, methods, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to adapt principles to different contexts and situations.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams.
• Expertise in tracking indicators.
• Understanding of software development environments.
• Familiarity with iceScrum or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in Java / JEE / Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Angular.
• Experience with service‑oriented architecture / REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL / DB2 / MySQL.
• Experience with JUnit / Mockito.
• Familiarity with Git / GitLab / CI/CD.
