Placers is seeking a Staffing Specialist to deliver staffing solutions for our contingent workforce, manage candidate experience, and drive revenue and gross margin objectives. You will interview candidates, screen and source for roles, manage relationships, and coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and long-term engagement, while ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus experience in sales, HR, or recruitment/account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience or education required.
• Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry is required; recruitment/account management is a big plus.
• Ability to learn and use current business tools and technology on many platforms, CRM/ATS included.
• Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and autonomous work capability.

Responsabilités

• Network with and interview active job seekers to build a candidate pipeline.
• Contact qualified candidates via calls, emails, and social networks for specialized roles.
• Manage candidate relationships through sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Ensure customer orders are filled with timely placements and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for temporaries and customers.
• Coach temporaries to ensure performance and job satisfaction; terminations if necessary.
