ITHR Group plc in Belgium is seeking a Senior Test Automation Expert to lead strategy and hands-on automation within a complex enterprise programme. The role is hybrid and requires Dutch & English fluency, working with Agile delivery teams.

You will design scalable automation frameworks using TypeScript, WebdriverIO, Node.js and Cucumber, integrate testing into CI/CD, and mentor testers across multiple streams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in defining test strategies for large-scale programmes.
• Experience coordinating and leading testing across multiple streams.
• Hands-on expertise building scalable test automation frameworks.
• Strong automation skills across TypeScript, WebdriverIO, and Node.js.
• Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines and Agile environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead test strategies, plans and approaches across complex landscapes.
• Coordinate functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing activities.
• Translate requirements into effective test scenarios and cases.
• Own testing quality across multiple delivery streams and levels.
• Design, build and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
• Develop automated testing solutions with TypeScript, WebdriverIO, Node.js and Cucumber.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and practice Shift-Left testing.
• Coach and mentor testers across teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Explore AI-driven testing approaches to improve efficiency and quality.
