Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Scientific Documentation Specialist in Beerse, Belgium. You will work with a high-caliber team of Scientists, compiling data, entering information, and creating graphs and tables for scientific documentation.

The role emphasizes accuracy, English communication, and autonomy, with a full-time contract and a hybrid work arrangement (3 days from home, 2 onsite) in a growing international organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Administration; a scientific background is a plus.
• Experience or knowledge in Dissolution sciences or pharmaceutical sciences is an asset.
• Outstanding written and communication skills in English.
• Excellent computer & software skills; proficient with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Showing initiative and proactive follow-up of requests.
• Accurate and detail oriented.
• Team player mentality but able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Compiling data needed to create scientific documents for the Scientific Writers.
• Providing data entry in various databases.
• Adding data in calculation templates.
• Creating graphs and tables containing data for documentation.
• Performing a 'sanity' check on data delivered to Scientific Writers.
• Reviewing lab data for accuracy.
• Uploading and following up documentation in the system.
• Collaborating with Analytical Development Data Integrity team.
• Compiling low complexity scientific reports.
