Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions® in Beerse, Belgium, seeks a Scientific Documentation Specialist to support the Analytical Development Dissolution Sciences team. You will compile data, enter data in databases, create graphs and tables, and perform data sanity checks for scientific documents.

The role allows 3 days from home and 2 days onsite in a full-time, 40-hour week within a fast-growing international organization. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Administration; scientific background is a plus.
• Experience or knowledge in Dissolution sciences or pharmaceutical sciences is an asset.
• Outstanding written and communication skills in English.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Initiative, pro-active follow-up, accuracy and detail orientation.
• Team player but able to work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Compiling data to create scientific documents in support of Scientific Writers.
• Providing data entry in various databases and adding data in calculation templates.
• Creating graphs and tables containing data for documentation.
• Performing a sanity check on data delivered to writers.
• Reviewing lab data for correctness and uploading documentation to the system.
• Collaborating with the Analytical Development Data Integrity team.
• Compiling low complexity scientific reports.
