EPM Scientific seeks a Clinical Packaging & Labelling Technical Coordinator in Beerse, Belgium (Hybrid/On-site) to lead the technical setup of kit designs, packaging configurations, and labeling for global clinical studies. You will coordinate internal and external teams, ensure GMP compliance, and drive timely delivery of clinical materials.

Experience with packaging operations, project management, TrackWise, and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/clinical supply chain packaging is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical setup of kit designs, packaging configurations, and labeling requirements for clinical studies.
• Coordinate packaging and labeling activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality packaging components for clinical supply operations.
• Support introduction of new compounds into packaging and labeling processes.
• Act as a core member of cross-functional Clinical Supply Chain teams for end-to-end accountability.
