Job summary

Semactic, a fast-growing Belgian SaaS, is seeking a Business Developer to drive growth from prospecting to closing and build trusted partnerships with marketing teams, digital leaders, SEO experts and agencies navigating AI Search.

The role offers a hybrid work model with remote flexibility and dedicated office time at our Nivelles headquarters, plus a competitive compensation package with a performance-based bonus. Fluency in English is required; Dutch and/or French are a plus.

Qualifications

• Medior-level B2B sales experience in SaaS/digital marketing.
• Strong sales instinct and ability to articulate business value.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proactive, autonomous, able to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sales Development & Prospecting: identify and target strategic accounts through channels to generate high-potential opportunities.
• Sales Cycle Management: lead discovery meetings, demos, negotiate and close deals from first contact to signature.
• Client Relations & Portfolio Growth: build relationships with new clients and expand accounts across markets and GEO capabilities.
• Market Insight: share feedback and market trends with marketing/product teams to sharpen positioning.
