Responsabilités

• Lead Quality Control Chemistry operations with GMP/compliant oversight.
• Ensure timely testing and release support for samples and activities.
• Coach and inspire team members to achieve high performance.
• Drive a strong quality culture and Novartis values across the team.
• Oversee budget planning, resource allocation and financial performance.
• Maintain audit readiness and lead responses to inspections and CAPAs.
• Champion lab safety, environment, and Health, Safety and Environment compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and support new product launches.
