Novartis in Puurs, Belgium, is seeking an experienced QA professional to ensure compliant release of raw materials, bulk products and finished goods. You’ll support investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement while collaborating with production, QC, MS&T, Supply Chain and external partners.

The role requires a Master’s in a scientific field, GMP knowledge, strong English and Dutch, and proven QA release experience in pharma. Hybrid work options and a competitive base salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a scientific field such as Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy or related discipline.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry with GMP knowledge.
• Proficiency with computer systems and digital documentation.
• Excellent communication in English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliant and timely release of raw materials, bulk products, packaged goods, sterilizations, and imported batches.
• Review and assess non-conformities, support investigations, and define effective CAPAs.
• Contribute to initiatives that reduce deviations and strengthen overall process robustness.
• Monitor file and batch status versus targets and collaborate with logistics, QC, and external partners.
