Novartis, located in Puurs, Belgium, is seeking an Asset Lifecycle Lead to drive maintenance and asset management excellence. You will lead a team across production, maintenance, engineering and quality to standardize processes, improve performance, and ensure compliant operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes leading a team, leveraging digital tools, and delivering continuous improvements to asset reliability and lifecycle value in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive engineering and leadership experience in maintenance/manufacturing/technical operations.
• Track record of driving process excellence and asset management in regulated environments.
• Project management, contractor management and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and continuously improve asset lifecycle, maintenance and calibration processes across the site.
• Drive maintenance excellence through standardized, compliant engineering practices.
• Develop and monitor engineering/maintenance/calibration performance indicators for informed decisions.
• Lead a team of engineering professionals, building capability and talent development.
• Partner with Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Quality to strengthen asset management performance.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and lifecycle value.
• Own and govern engineering systems, databases, and digital tools supporting maintenance operations.
• Ensure technical standards, SOPs and regulatory requirements are implemented.
• Manage supplier and contractor relationships to support maintenance objectives.
• Support inspections, audits and strategic initiatives enabling operational excellence.
